1. Agreement to Terms
XYIEO is an online education platform operated by ARVIND KUMAR, an individual based in India. “XYIEO”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the XYIEO platform and its operator. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARVIND KUMAR regarding your access to and use of the XYIEO web platform, mock test engine, and AI diagnostic tools.
2. Service Description & Educational Scope
XYIEO provides digital educational preparation tools for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG), including full-length mock examinations, topic drills, past examination practice, diagnostic score breakdowns, mistake tracking, and an NCERT-grounded AI Tutor. All scoring metrics, percentile estimations, and analytics are provided exclusively for self-assessment and educational revision. XYIEO does not guarantee any specific examination score, rank, college admission, or professional medical outcome.
3. Eligibility & Minor Accounts
XYIEO is open to medical entrance aspirants. Under our student-first model, students under the age of 18 may freely register and use core educational practice features. If a minor student elects to purchase a paid subscription, authorization from a parent or lawful guardian is required. The parent or guardian acts as the billing contact for commercial transactions, while educational access remains linked to the student's account.
4. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree not to share account credentials or manipulate test timers, scoring records, or API endpoints.
5. AI Tutor & Educational Limitations
The AI Tutor is an automated learning companion designed to reference NCERT source concepts. AI-generated explanations are study aids and must not be considered definitive medical, clinical, or professional advice. Users should always cross-reference official NCERT textbooks and syllabus notifications issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
6. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Paid plans (Starter and Pro tiers, available in Monthly or 6-Month billing intervals) are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation through Cashfree Payments.
- Recurring Mandates: Active subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in Profile Settings. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles while maintaining full feature access until the end of your current paid period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual Property & Academic Content
All examination interfaces, diagnostic algorithms, proprietary question explanations, software code, and platform designs are the intellectual property of XYIEO. Question items referencing official curriculum or public past examination papers are provided for educational review. Users are strictly prohibited from automated scraping, mass downloading, or redistributing question content without authorization.
8. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (Rules 4 & 7), XYIEO provides a structured grievance redressal mechanism:
