XYIEO stores the account, test-attempt, practice, mistake, bookmark, note, and AI Tutor information needed to provide the service.
Information we use
Account information includes your name, email address, password hash, target exam/year, and profile preferences. Product activity can include answers, scores, attempts, practice activity, saved notes/bookmarks, and AI Tutor sessions.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, run tests, calculate results, maintain your personal learning history, provide the features you request, protect the service, and improve reliability.
AI Tutor
AI Tutor requests may be stored with your session history and grounded source citations so that you can return to previous conversations. The current implementation is an NCERT-grounded retrieval and explanation system; it should not be represented as professional medical advice or as a guarantee of exam outcomes.
Security and retention
Passwords are stored as hashes rather than plaintext. Access to student records is scoped to the authenticated account. Production deployment must use HTTPS, strong secrets, database backups, monitoring, and appropriate access controls.
Your choices
You can request account access, correction, or deletion through the support channel published on the Support page. The operator should verify account ownership before fulfilling a request and apply the retention/deletion rules required for the service and applicable law.
